The Reservations Manager effectively supervises and trains the Reservations Department staff to ensure department is providing a “Four Diamond and More” experience to all callers while at the same time supporting the revenue strategy that will allow the hotel to meet its financial goals. Assist guests in fulfilling requests/needs and resolving issues with an efficient, courteous and professional manner. Assist Revenue Manager in maximizing room revenue and occupancy for the hotel. Serves as key liaison with Loews Reservations Center in Nashville, TN.

Required Skills & Experience:
Previous management/supervisory experience in similar size operation preferred

Must be customer-service oriented and have excellent hospitality skills

Must have skill set to be able to effectively manage and motivate a diverse group of individuals

Must have excellent written and oral English communication skills and telephone etiquette skills

Must be decisive, agile and calculated in making decisions based in an effort to create winning outcomes

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
