360i is looking for a Digital Media Supervisor with solid SEM expertise to help grow and maintain our clients business. This person must not only be a strong mentor and leader but should also have the poise and qualities that align with a leadership role. This person will empower their team to think creatively and strategically. The Supervisor is the lead of our media team and point person to our clients. We need a leader who will understand the marketing challenges that our clients face and be responsible for recommending and implementing integrated media strategies designed to drive success. BA/BS in marketing or related field with 5+ years of paid search campaign management and experience in building awareness and advancing direct marketing goals
Understanding of Media
Expertise in Search-SEM marketing a must; understanding of all digital media disciplines.
Demonstrated best practice in optimization techniques and customer retention strategies (CRM)
Proven ability to synthesize data/results, identify trends/key findings and present innovative integrated media recommendations that go beyond existing scope of work to achieve clients' marketing and communications objectives
Success executing complex, large scale campaigns flawlessly
Provides holistic media solutions; Drives POVs and crafts presentations that demonstrate marketing leadership and ignite innovation on the business
Demonstrates expertise in designated business vertical and utilizes competitive as well as advanced optimization best practices; Able to forecast results based on historical data and overall expertise
Demonstrates passion for digital media and actively seeks opportunities to expand understanding and use of display, mobile and social media
Owns media strategy and relationship(s) for account
Manages media manager, associate media manager and/or media coordinator
Coaches team members to continually raise the bar, execute flawlessly, deliver more holistic solutions, and provide overall client excellence
Leads recruitment and training of more jr. Media staff members and finds opportunities to share knowledge beyond group
Works directly with Account Director on strategic client initiatives
Productive relationships with media reps and internal teams that lead to successful campaign deliverables and high client satisfaction
Excellent communications (written/verbal), presentation and analytical skills
Day to day client contact for media-related requests; translates client requests into actionable items for the team
Able to manage client requests and push back with sound rationale when necessary
Demonstrates a strong understanding of the clients business beyond campaign objectives; Applies understanding of online customer behavior into strategic recommendations
Finds opportunities to grow business beyond existing strategies; Actively participates in new business presentations; Leads brainstorming efforts
Analytics + Measurement
Base knowledge of web analytics, test & learn strategies
Technical know-how - tagging, tracking and how it affects measurement
Strong analytic skills and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through
Knowledge of 3rd party tracking and serving technology related to SEM (DART, Atlas, IgnitionOne, etc.)
