Sells and services all accounts and prospects within the boundaries of the assigned territory to increase total volume and overall distribution of product along with demonstrating visual guidelines and selling techniques to retail clients.
Territory - Northern California and Northern Nevada
Demonstrates and explains product features and benefits to increase product rate of sale at retail.
Analyzes current stock levels and performance with buyers, managers and sales executives to make appropriate recommendations for footwear and apparel sales.
Understands and demonstrates knowledge of different components and different applications for footwear.
Achieve increased retail sales by attaining targeted percentage of wall space and targeted percentage of total volume.
Performs clinics and seminars to ensure retail associates are familiar with the product and have the ability to successfully represent the brand.
Coordinates and conducts special events.
Observes, monitors and reports trends in fashion.
Enhances visual presentation of the brand with current POP along with confirming that merchandising pieces are placed and properly exhibited.
Understands and explains the design, development and production of boots and shoes.
Coordinates retail outlets with advertising and marketing campaigns.
Attends industry trade shows, regional shows, retailer events and sales meetings
Performs duties consistent with the company's AAP/EEO goals and policies.
Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
2+ years of sales or retail experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient with personal computers.
Knowledge of the footwear industry.
Excellent time management and planning and organizing skills.
Ability to work with all levels of management.
Ability to work with little or no supervision.
Extensive travel required.
Must be able to relocate.
