Extensive experience with entering data and generating reports using Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word. Experience with trouble ticket tracking systems such as Remedy. Experience with billing systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Very effective at multi-tasking. Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as a member of a team. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE L clearance. Desired skills Familiarity with Remedy’s Action Remedy System. Experience with ODBC or with exchange of data between database applications. Experience managing relatively large maintenance contracts. Active DOE or DOD security clearance. Specific Job Description Trouble Ticket Dispatcher/Administrative Support: Seeking a customer-oriented individual to join the CSS computer support unit team at Sandia National Laboratories to provide administrative support in a variety of areas.

These areas include:
1) Receiving and dispatching trouble tickets from support customers to computer support staff,

2) Working with outside vendors, Special Projects staff, Computer Support Unit (CSU) staff, and internal customers for computer hardware/software purchases

3) Maintaining databases, processes, and procedures required for operation of team

4) Working with Computer Support Services (CSS) staff to improve processes used for tracking customer requirements, support subscriptions, and work assignments.

5) Managing relatively large maintenance contracts between Computer Support Units and vendors and or customer organizations.
