Job Summary : Serve as first point of contact in reception area to greet guests and direct accordingly. Operate a multi-line phone system to answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls. Follow proper security measures for incoming guests and staff. Provide efficient and organized clerical/administrative support to the Human Resource Department to ensure operational objectives are achieved.
Qualifications : High School Diploma or equivalent combined with a minimum of 2 years receptionist, customer service or clerical/administrative experience in a corporate environment. Must have experience utilizing a multi-line phone system. Applicable military experience will be considered.
Qualified candidates must possess: knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures; knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service; basic computer skills in Microsoft Office programs; excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills; strong customer service orientation; ability to work independently; ability to multi-task; ability to think and act quickly in an emergency situation.
Experience with PowerPoint preferred.
National Career Readiness Certificate preferred.
