As a member of the internal operations team, the data processing supervisor performs complex work associated with the coordination of data processing activities, often in coordination with other University offices. The employee shares responsibility for the creation, maintenance and disposition of prospect/inquiry and applicant records. This position requires judgment and initiative along with an extensive knowledge of office procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS: Required : Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma. Knowledge of computer use and software application, especially in word-processing and data base management. A minimum of two years of experience in an office setting. Preferred: Experience with data and word processing software packages and an admission/student service office.
