Mariner Holdings is a rapidly growing and award-winning global financial services firm that focuses on wealth and asset management through its two subsidiaries – Mariner Wealth Advisors and Montage Investments.

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Business Analyst/Executive Administrator in our Leawood, Kansas office. This position will support members of the executive team in administrative and analytic functions designed to supplement strategic decision making and coordination of leadership activities.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Research and present detail on competitor and partner firms
    • Financial and operational analysis
    • Best practices and business models
  • Gather and analyze key performance indicators on Mariner Wealth Advisors/Montage entities
    • Team P&Ls, Client Breakdown by Net Worth, YTD and period comparisons
  • Manage preparation for recurring and ad hoc meetings (large and small)
    • Prepare agenda
    • Produce, print, and bind presentation materials
    • Orchestrate schedule and travel of meeting participants
    • Cater as needed
  • Coordinate CEO/CAO projects
    • Manager progress and status updates
    • Organize and review due diligence information and materials
  • Support administrative needs of CEO/CAO
    • Expense reports
    • Mail and other incoming communications
    • Communication with key contacts in professional and proactive manner
    • Clean and stock CEO office
    • Execute on ad hoc projects as assigned
    • Anticipate support needs and react with urgency
    • Maintain confidentiality of projects and information
  • Review reports for accuracy/quality control
    • Commission Reports, Fee Billing Collected vs. Billed, Reconciliations, Asset Values
  • Create and maintain databases of important information
    • Referral/Rev Share, Entities and Employees, Partner Contacts
Required Skills
  • Ability to take direction from multiple individuals and prioritize conflicting tasks
  • Strong independent worker relying on minimal direction
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Great verbal and written communication skills and experience working with internal and external clients
Required Experience
  • 1+ years related business analyst experience
