- Attends high volume customer calls by answering product and service queries; providing information about products and services.
- Resolves product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Customer Retention through proactive calling, estimate conversion, resolving invoicing issues.
- Maintains and updates customer account information.
- Prepares daily reports for the management.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Highly organized and follow up skills to ensure good customer service experience.
- Window Covering / Home Decor experience is a plus.
