Global Corporate Merchandise Training Program - US/Dusseldorf, Germany
Your first year will begin in our Corporate Home Office in Framingham, MA. The program will start with a 12 week training program to prepare you to be an Allocation Analyst within Merchandise Planning. You will learn to analyze the business using reports to evaluate inventory levels, identify trends and make decisions on where merchandise should be allocated. TJX's Corporate Merchandise Training Program (CMTP) teaches you how to run our business from behind the scenes and is the perfect fit for someone who wants to be impact profits and see the results of their business decisions.
From there, we will relocate you to our Dusseldorf, Germany Head Office to continue your career path within Merchandise Planning. You will understand the business on a Global level and put your entrepreneurial, strategic, and problem solving skills as you think creatively to further grow your assigned business.
Buyers, through their intelligent risk-taking and entrepreneurism, make the ultimate decision on merchandise for our stores. They analyze their business, travel regularly to domestic and international markets, build relationships, source merchandise and negotiate the best deals to generate sales. Buyers are truly empowered to drive their business. As you further develop your skills, you will have tremendous opportunity for growth into Executive Management.

Must have European National/Citizenship
Must be fluent in English and German
Must currently be an Undergraduate or Graduate Student willing to spend one year working in the US and relocate for permanent assignment in Dusseldorf, Germany.
