The Position:
The successful candidate will be responsible for all HR functions, including our staffing and organizational objectives, by identifying, recruiting and maintaining top quality talent. This position reports to our company’s President.

Regular activity will involve payroll and benefits administration, performance management, training/development, employee relations, workers compensation, safety and other related areas. The position also serves to influence managers to effectively leverage talent to maximize business objectives, to coordinate and interpret all company policies, and to consult with legal counsel to effectively respond to issues. The successful candidate will listen, evaluate and investigate employee relation issues and make recommendations to management.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities :
  • Manage the day to day activities of our HR department,
  • Manage the annual benefits renewal and open enrollment process and day-to-day benefits inquiries,
  • Participate in the development of and implementation of corporate policies, guidelines, procedures and programs,
  • Assist to establish departmental measurements that support the accomplishment of the company’s strategic goals,
  • Manage the payroll and all employee benefit programs,
  • Participates in cross functional activities with a focus toward delivering excellent customer service,
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
The Prerequisites:
College Degree

Experience in human resources

Superior communication skills (verbal and written)

Superior social skills

Great judgment, work ethic and competitive nature.
