Job Description:
Our Implementation Consultants are responsible for managing the resources, tasks, and timelines associated with both implementation and post-go-live projects. The successful candidate will possess a background in project management and training. Experience in the home care and human service industry a plus.

Responsibilities:
Manage a workload of implementation and post-go-live projects to ensure objectives are driven to successful completion on-time and within budget. Make best-practice recommendations to assist customers in maximizing product use within their organizations. Lead regular status meetings and prepare/maintain project status documentation, including project timelines, scopes of work, and knowledge reference guides. Deliver product training and perform skills assessments to gauge client application proficiency. Identify and address project obstacles, escalating within the MediSked Services organization when necessary. Assist the sales team with scoping sessions, product demos, conference calls, and trade shows. Work with Engineering team to communicate customer requirements and participate in design and implementation of updates through to completion. Participate in application testing and provide feedback to the Engineering team. Develop written documentation and video trainings for internal and customer facing applications. Ensure a smooth customer transition from implementation to support. Perform other functions as required.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience implementing enterprise software solutions. 2-5 years experience training in a professional environment. Ability to travel nationwide up to 25%. Experience with Microsoft Project. Familiarity with databases. Intermediate Microsoft Office experience. Ability to make informed decisions independently. Proven public speaking skills and ability to conduct remote meetings. Ability to work with individuals of varied technical and organizational skill levels. Experience in implementing clinical systems is a plus. Project Management Certification is a plus. Willingness to contribute outside dedicated job role.
