The Division of Capital Assets Management is seeking a full time Programs and Services Section Manager for our Oklahoma City location. This is an Unclassified, position within Oklahoma State Government. In addition to a generous Benefits Packet the annual salary for this position is up to $46,000.00 based on education and experience.
This position serves as the Programs & Services Section Manager in the Construction and Properties Department (CAP) of the Division of Capital Assets Management. This level is assigned responsibilities involving professional level work in managing, coordinating or directing a major phase of a comprehensive or specialized operating program, providing staff supervision services in various management areas, direction of a major operating division, program, unit, functional area or similar responsibilities.
Plans, organizes, and manages the IDIQ, On Call, Roofing and any new programs assigned.
Creates, develop and implements new programs through solicitations or bids.
Market IDIQ and On Call Services to increase CAP revenue.
Educate agencies on efficacy of IDIQ and On Call programs and process for obtaining consultants.
Manage budgetary functions for CAP to include forecasting, monitoring, and reporting of expenses and revenue.
Interprets and advises agency personnel and the general public on departmental rules, regulations and laws governing the operation of the agency, division or department program.
This position includes supervisory responsibilities
Requirements at this level consist of a bachelor's degree, with a minimum of 18 credit hours in business administration or equivalent experience in finance/accounting processes, and one year of professional or technical administrative* experience in business or public administration; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education. *Technical administrative experience would include highly complex clerical work gained under the direct supervision of a professional supervisor or manager.
