Job Family: Partner Marketing

Create, design and build a plan, execute and measure a variety of strategic sales event marketing programs to fuel the pipeline, drive revenue, meet sales targets and align with corporate partner goals

Develop and support various partner account based marketing plans and strategies in conjunction with broader based corporate marketing activities collaborating with corporate and field marketing managers

Partner closely with Industry Marketing to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns, messaging and go-to-market strategies

Develop plans and strategies to support channel sales team objectives at the local level and global particularly with distribution, LARS, and all S/I’s as they all align with enterprise accounts

Work with PartnerOne marketing to develop and implement joint partner campaigns

Work with key stakeholders across the organization to provide training programs, communications and other sales support tools to ensure the effective launch of the marketing programs into the sales channel.

Develop trust by understanding of field needs to define program and success measurements and consistent, superior marketing support to VP, Area Directors, Sales Managers and Sales Executives.

Strong team player with a positive attitude allowing the development of specific sales incentive programs tied to incremental revenue

Lead development of co/joint marketing events and collateral

Educate internal and partner sales teams on how to effectively communicate the partner offering, the value delivered and the use of collateral materials

Design incentive plans to align the incentives of the channel team with the goals of the partners

Develop metrics for tracking, and reporting, the new client/revenue performance for the partner relationship

Bachelor's degree. 5-10 years business experience in demand generation marketing with channel and field marketing a plus

Proven success in collaborating with sales teams on programs to drive new revenue and accelerate pipeline

Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, multi-tasker who is both creative and analytical

Project management skills and prior experience managing campaign execution from planning through to implementation, measurement and analysis.

Experience with industry C-level events and value based programs a plus

Experience developing and executing programs for both enterprise and mid-market accounts a plus with a focus on MSSP partners

Experience with sales and marketing automation systems a plus - SFDC

Proven ability to prioritize and develop strategic plans successfully

Proven ability to effectively coordinate and work across functional teams – both internally and at distribution partners, both in-person and virtually

Ability to achieve objectives and influence others

Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to cultivate business relationships through networking and other means

Travel availability up to 25%.

Must be strategic, flexible and creative.

Measure, monitor and effectively report on partner activity to business leaders, highlighting key activity and results
