Working as a Foodservice Director for FLIK will allow you the opportunity to work with GREAT people like yourself! You will be surrounded by people who are passionate about what they do.
You will operate in accordance with the approved budget, while providing the Client with the maximum value for the dollars spent.
You will delegate, manage and organize projects and establish priorities consistent with company objectives.
You will ensure that the food offered to the client, customers, and employees of the operation is of superior quality.
You will implement direct and conduct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
You will maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests and Client as well as other departments within the operation.
You will promote the professional growth and development of the entire foodservice team.
You will foster strong inter-departmental relations and integrate the department with the facility plan of operations. Qualifications:
A BS degree preferred
Have a least 2 years hotel, restaurant or foodservice management experience
Keep abreast of industry trends, share information with all staff
Superior quantitative, oral and written communications and problem-solving/strategizing skills
Excellent overall computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Proactive mindset to anticipate and support changes in our business
Conformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior
