We have an immediate opening for a Territory Sales Executive(TSE) , our most core sales position. This position handles a good mix of both competitive and existing accounts, which include both small and large accounts.
This is a total quota carrying position. Candidates must have a proven, strong track record of progressive sales achievements. Individual will work in conjunction with all of channel partners to increase sales opportunities in ADP Strategic Products to grow ADP's share of wallet in our existing client base. Achieve annual assigned sales plan, working under guidance of Director of Sales. Excellent sales skills with a high level of proficiency in communications needed.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE : At a minimum, plan bi-monthly visits to all clients in your territory. Utilize Sales Automation tools to define current application and DMS System type penetration. Identify and target ADP and Competitive Prospects and Plan Strategy to increase the penetration of: Upgrade and Renewal and Unhook DMS, Retail, Telephony, and Digital Solution products as well as other layered applications.
Execute sales strategy to systematically and consistently engage in sales processes in these identified accounts and bring sales processes to successful closure. Successful closure will include not only the sale of these new products to ADP Clients but also the incremental increase in ADP revenue with minimal or no write-downs on current products and services. Successful closure of unhooks will result in the displacement of the Competitive DMS and as many competitive ancillary products and services an ADP Solution can displace.
Minimally achieve your annual assigned QC Sales Plan. Utilize all resources at your disposal with particular emphasis on the inclusion of all Channel partners. Utilize and the sales automation tools to effectively manage a robust pipeline and provide accurate weekly forecasting to your Director of Sales. Understand your competition and aggressively and proactively attack their base. Communicate daily with channel partners and Director and participate in all team meetings and conference calls. Experience, Skills, Academic:
The ideal Territory Sales Executive candidate will have the following:
4 year college degree or equivalent experience
7-9 months of job related formal training
4-6 years of outside B2B sales
Knowledge of automotive, finance/insurance and technology industries preferred
Ability to travel approximately 75% is required

Team player with ability to coordinate efforts with baseline sales reps to sell ADP solutions

Ability to formulate sales plan for designated territory, region or specific client portfolios
Knowledge of Automotive, Finance/Insurance & Technology industries
