The selected applicant will collect and assist in analysis of program, student performance and financial data; establish a data management system for annual student progress tracking; prepare communicative documents and reports for students, faculty and administrative activities; assist in standing program committee functions, including selection, candidacy and dissertation activities; establish and maintain an exceptional program website; assist the program director and GPO in the development and execution of all program recruitment functions; coordinate travel activities for faculty, students and external collaborators; manage student fellowship stipend program; serve as a point on reference for addressing unique student needs and issues; assist in coordinating organized student events; execute logistics pertaining to travel for program faculty, students, external collaborators and scientists; recommend and assist in development and conduct of creative and effective promotional events and campaigns and perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Science or related field with 2 years of experience in program development and project management, database management, recording and tracking of data; extensive computer skills to include website design. Must be able and willing to travel (local, regional, national), have a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record are required. Experience, preferably, in a higher education science setting.
