Signature Healthcare LLC is currently interviewing candidates for a Rehabilitation Program Developer for our post acute division.
This position would an office based position working out of our corporate headquarters in Louisville, KY. Candidate would be responsible for the development and implementation of therapy rehab programs in our skilled nursing facilities that specialize in post acute services company wide. Qualified candidates must have previous experience in program implementation and a background in education/teaching is a plus. To be considered candidates must hold an Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant or Physical Therapy Assistant degree & license.
