Provide skilled monitoring and operation of the in-house computer systems to provide the most timely and efficient preparation of computer generated programs and related reports while providing problems or changes to management for all users of FACS and OAR system. Responsibilities include maintaining accuracy of information keyed and downloaded into collection system. Process for reporting and removing accounts from the Credit Bureau's via the internet. Prepare and process outside collection agency statements and as needed assist in working refunds.
High-School diploma or equivalent (GED) with one year occupational Allied Health or trade school training. Associates Degree in Computer Science or 2 years previous experience
At least 2 years experience in an operator capacity in a multi-platform computing environment.
