What is expected of you and others at this level in Strategy for functional success Works to understand complex functional situations by paying attention to the details of the tasks at hand and by breaking them down into smaller pieces Collaborates with others and builds strategic alliances globally; negotiates to build broad-based support and/or persuades others in order to Uses deep subject matter/functional expertise, influence and process skills to help internal/external customers and stakeholders identify and meet their high priority needs while considering cultural and diversity implications. Champions and leads change initiatives; identifies the best approach for implementing strategic processes in light of cultural and diversity Evaluates alternative solutions/decisions in light of the potential impact on the internal/external customer and Cardinal Health; understands the resource implications of solutions and makes recommendations in adherence to governance and prioritization guidelines. Accountabilities in this role Resource requirements, development, execution and infusion of advanced analytical capabilities to support the HR-oriented strategic needs of the organization Develop and champion a culture of data driven decisions Deliver data-driven analytics and insights to support actionable strategic direction, corporate prioritization, and strategy communications Effectively use data visualization to enhance insights to provide ease of comprehension Develop a partnership approach with senior-level business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and reliable resource of valuable insights Link industry trends and global factors to deliver insights that address top level objectives and drive strategic decisions Develop and deliver clear, concise and compelling communications and presentations that drive understanding and agreement Interpret results of analyses, identifies trends and issues, and recommends alternatives to support business objectives Develop metrics to measure business performance Model, predict, and classify consumer behavior and other business metrics Qualifications High degree of self-motivation and independence Ability to apply techniques, understand, integrate and synthesize a wide array of data and insights to create actionable business implications Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of internal business partners Extensive use of data visualization and data visualization software Deep understanding of HR programs, motivations, needs and preferences gained through advanced analytic work Specific experience in measuring the ROI on initiatives Possession of excellent written, oral communication, project management and presentation skills.; Ability to present complex data reports, financial analyses and statistics in a simple and clear way Creative, curious thinker who is success-driven both individually and as leader Strong analytical problem solving capabilities Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required Advanced degree in quantitative marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics, or related quantitative field, or significant work experience a plus 8+ years experience in statistical analysis, segmentation, predictive and prescriptive modeling, market research and testing are required 4+ years of experience building, leading and managing a team HR experience preferred Experience with statistical analysi Experience working with Microsoft SQL, MiniTab or comparable analytical applications
