Enterprise Fleet Management in St. Louis is looking for a

Customer Service Representative

to join our team. The Fleet Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide sales, reporting and administrative support to the Account Manager and superior service to our customers. In addition, the CSR will maintain daily contact with and provide customer service through professional verbal and written communication with all customers with the goal of exceeding the customer's expectations for service, knowledge and professionalism. The success of a CSR will be measured, in part, through the customer service scores generated by the accounts they serve.

Responsibilities:
Act as a knowledgeable resource for all of their Fleet Management customers

Achieve and maintain proficiency in all necessary computer applications

Process factory orders, stock orders, used vehicle needs and various requests for customers

Primary or secondary point of contact for customers needing information

Assist the Account Manager by preparing documents and materials for customer meetings, and attend as requested

Send various important lease documents and letters to customers in a timely manner

Participate in monthly CSR development meetings and assist to obtain department goals

Handle all administrative duties related to the customer base

Perform general office duties and miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Provide inside sales support to Account Manager

Recognize and refer sales opportunities

Additionally, applicants must have proven success with the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

Strong customer service and listening skills, and the ability to project patience and empathy

Strong oral and written communication skills (including spelling and grammar)

Accurate typing and data entry skills

Basic Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point)

Attention to detail

Strong organizational and time management skills

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks

Ability to work independently or within a team

Ability to work and succeed in a multi-cultural environment

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required

Minimum of twelve months customer service experience (or equivalent)

Minimum of twelve months administrative support experience (or equivalent)

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two chargeable moving violations or accidents within the last three years

No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years
