The NIBR HR Talent & Culture Team supports NIBR associates during the lifecycle of employment, from a perspective candidate to a fully integrated associate . Our priorities focus on building an engaging and effective environment based on NIBR’s cultural values and strategic objectives. The Talent & Culture Specialist role will support the team through effective project and program management by:

- coming to work because your passionate about doing the right thing and doing it right, even if it may be more challenging than simply checking off the boxes

- working directly with project teams to keep priorities on track while facilitating a dynamic, inclusive dialogue

- contributing ideas and innovative solutions to further support engagement of our associates

- effectively collaborating with program stakeholders to build awareness of and improve our global online recognition system

Minimum requirements
- 2+ years of relevant HR or project management experience, have a context of how things get done and how to get them done
- Attention to details with ability to see the whole landscape and how things fit together
- Self-starter that enjoys a dynamic and collaborative work environment

This is a 6 month contract position
