Player Advocacy and Service: Innovations Program Specialist

Zynga is looking for an Innovations Program Specialist to join our Customer Support Team! Your job is to Maintain Strong and effective working relationships across all of Zynga’s Internal Partner teams.
Innovate, develop, and implement programs which will drive yearly and quarterly objectives for PA&S.

Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between Zynga’ s Player Advocacy & Service Operations and Zynga’ s Marketing, Player community and Player insights teams:

Innovate, develop & Implement program (s) to drive Key Results such as:

§ Revenue Generation
§ Cost Savings
§ Surprise and Delight our players

Manage the scope of work, objectives and other project management activities of complex projects including:

o Track against plans, develop reporting, success metrics & expected results.
o Drive positive process and changes relating to innovation across our vendor management teams.
o Must be comfortable leading projects for teams that are in remote locations.

Relationships: Maintain Strong and effective working relationships across all of Zynga’s Internal Partner teams.

Required Skills:
BS/BA or equivalent experience in program / project management within a global customer service organization.

Excellent computer skills including advanced knowledge of spreadsheets (MS Excel), word processing (MS WORD) and presentations (MS PowerPoint); Microsoft project and / or Microsoft Visio experience a plus.

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent (written & verbal) communications skills and ability to lead and manage conference calls, meetings and documents.

Able to work cross-functionally at all levels of an organization, both leading & participating in cross functional teams composed of members at various levels within the Zynga Organization.

Ability to travel as needed (under10%)

Previous experience managing / working with off-short vendors / Customer support organization.

Knowledge of CRM or Sales Force Enterprise a plus

This role will often be the face of player advocacy & service – Innovations team and must be comfortable with and proficient in relationship management

Through solid data & presentation skills, comfortable building a case and presenting that case to large and small groups across the organization.
