A locally owned, Boulder based company that provides leasing support services to operators of large apartment communities is hiring a Sales Support Specialist. Employee will be responsible for answering prospect inquiries via telephone in an efficient and effective manner, logging key prospect information into a database, and communicating results of calls to business leaders via email.
Full and part time shifts are available. The part time offering is afternoons and/or Saturday.
While not receiving calls, sales support person will review recorded calls and score them. 20-25% of job may be special projects / administrative help assigned based on the unique skills of the applicant.
- Basic computer skills (can operate word / excel /etc. and websites)
- Excellent verbal and written English skills (Spanish second language is a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and rapidly changing business environment
Other Beneficial Skills include:
- Sales / Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of residential apartment rental business
- Experience with Google Applications
- Graphic Arts or Design experience
