Managers -Annual bonus - Bonus potential 10% target but up to 22% based on merit performance. ADD 401(k) Accenture paid Match up to 6% salary - vest 100% in 2 years. Job Description

Key responsibilities may include:
Engagement Management: Lead work efforts to redesign clients' internal and external financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to improve the efficiency and availability of information to support decision making throughout an organization. Responsible for diagnosing existing reporting, budgeting, and forecasting models, re-engineering, and implementing leading practices, supported by Hyperion EPM tools. Manage engagement risk, project planning and budgeting, define deliverable content, and ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client. Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with decision makers at key clients, organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process for EPM reporting, budgeting, and forecasting opportunities. Domain Development: Develop EPM business process and Hyperion delivery assets and methodologies, develop point-of-view, research or white papers, and support development of marketing collateral, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals. People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the firm's staffing process, and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities. Ability to meet travel requirements, up to 100% Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience with reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Minimum 3 years of experience implementing Oracle EPM solutions for large scale enterprise clients Minimum 3 years Project Management experience Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience with reporting, budgeting and forecasting process re-engineering Minimum 2 years of experience with finance strategy, strategic planning, financial reporting and analysis, and/or financial modeling and benchmarking. Implementation experience with full Oracle Hyperion EPM (version 11) technology solutions (Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning, and Hyperion Essbase ) Track record of successfully playing a leading role in marketing and selling engagements in Enterprise Performance Management Masters Degree Global Management Consulting experience
