Dave Ramsey's Marketing team is currently looking for a Senior Director of eCommerce. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years (or more) of digital marketing experience with an emphasis in eCommerce. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience managing an eCommerce site, running paid search campaigns, and managing online display/retargeting campaigns. If you have affiliate marketing experience, that’s even better! We need a true digital marketing expert who understands the concept of continuous optimization.
As the Senior Director of eCommerce, you’ll be responsible for:
The Online Store– The Senior Director of eCommerce will oversee all aspects of the online store and will lead the eCommerce Coordinator in managing merchandising tactics, conversion factors, in-store promotions and overall user experience.
Pay-Per-Click Advertising– The Senior Director of eCommerce will lead the Online Advertising Marketer to administer paid search and Facebook ad campaigns. This will include testing ad copy, optimizing the landing page, managing the paid-search budget, and maintaining detailed performance tracking records.
Online Display Advertising– The Senior Director of eCommerce will lead the Online Advertising Marketer to manage and optimize Lampo's online advertising campaigns. This will include writing, editing and testing ad creative; third-party site selection; managing ad spend budgets; and maintaining detailed performance reporting.
Affiliate Marketing– The Senior Director of eCommerce will lead the Online Advertising Marketer to develop and oversee Lampo's affiliate marketing campaign.
Reporting and Performance Analysis– The Senior Director of eCommerce will maintain and share detailed performance reporting related to store traffic, sales, paid search, online advertising, affiliate marketing and promotion results.
