My client is seeking a Director of Finance, VP of Finance, Vice President of Finance for its team.

The Director/VP of Finance is responsible for the strategic management of the company’s finance, accounting, payroll, fraud, and order processing functions.

This individual must have a documented history of success in finance and accounting with superior analytical, forecasting, and planning skills.

Manage the company’s finance, accounting, fraud, payroll, and order processing teams.

Develop financial and tax strategies.

Manage capital requests and the budgeting processes.

Develop performance measures that support the company’s strategic direction.

Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and international operations.

Maintain and approve company financial reporting documents and processes.

Report financial results to the executive management team.

Risk management.

Cash flow management.

Perform financial impact analyses of corporate functions.

Payroll and 401K management.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of progressively responsible experience for an e-commerce, retail, or related company with annual revenues over $50M.

Extensive working knowledge of GAAP, reconciliation, GL, cash management, banking relationships, monthly and annual financial closings, and tax.

5+ years as a company’s senior finance/accounting professional.

5+ years’ experience developing budgets and P&Ls.

Strong costs accounting skills.

Expert in forecasting.

5+ years analyzing company internal financial impact areas including inventory control, purchasing, human capital, IT, and multi-unit operations.

5+ years management of payroll and 401K.

Preferred Qualifications:
CA CPA

MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting

Finance/accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
