Internship Business Analyst
Job Description: Responsibilities may be quite diverse and are exempt non-technical in nature. U.S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job. Job assignments are usually for the summer or for short time periods during breaks from school: Content Strategist to join the Online Sales Group Training Collaboration. You would play an important part within a small, multidisciplinary team contributing to, shaping and evolving a new business group's global strategic delivery of information access.
Your primary role would be to understand, analyze and structure content. You would be managing information access models and linkages with conceptual model for data repository, for a dynamic Global Organization. You would have an understanding of website, portal management, as well as content management and meta data tagging content for archive and retrieval, coupled with the experience of leading projects in an agile environment, and learning with multidisciplinary teams.
Project will entail understanding project requirements, defining project scope and system framework, to implement SharePoint sites, ILN and other tools, including support of functional and technical design of the site.
Organize OSG SP and all Links associated; manage audience e-mail updates; ensure site maintains Intel Signature and Branding Standards. Organize Sales Training content, working with other experts (Intel Library, SMG U, ILN, ACE UX, OSC) to ensure that all requirements are met to properly archive and retrienve training content and data
Understanding of Organizational Archiving and efficient/logical retrieval of information; Intel Confidentiality guidelines; Intel Signature and Branding; Knowledge/experience of/with systems and resources available for Organizational Communication, information storage and retrieval. Ability to devise a plan and work independently as well as communicate with other groups to understand how each group in OSG is related/classifies information.
