Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments and preliminary cost/benefits analyses in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives. Prepares functional, system and program specifications. Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of particular field of specialization to the completion of moderately difficult assignments. Usually works with minimum supervision, conferring with superior on unusual matters. May be assisted by Entry/Junior or Intermediate Level personnel. Assignments are broad in nature, usually requiring originality and ingenuity. Has appreciable latitude for independent action or decision. May function as liaison between line of business and Technology. May be responsible for user testing.

        Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and seven years related work experience or high school diploma or GED and ten years related work experience. Previous project management experience preferred. Experience in a financial institution a plus. The following skill set is desired: excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong customer service skills; detail oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

        Candidate will perform the following duties:
        • Project Management of process of branch distribution and design.
        • Conduct and analyze financial results of branches.
        • Work with vendors and internal partners to enhance the branch distribution process.
        • The position requires conducting financial analyses, modeling, and management level reporting of the branch network.
        • Project management of branch distribution and design. Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects.
        • Work with vendors and internal partners to enhance the branch distribution process.
        • Serve as liason between Area Management, internal and external contacts on all branch distribution and design projects.
        • Work closely with spatial analyst and other demographic data to analyze markets via mapping and statistical data.
        • Position will need technical knowledge for data mining and the ability to analyze that data. Strong data mining and analyzing skills in programs like Excel, Access, SQL and SAS. Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
        • Banking and / or Retail experience preferred.
        • Prior project management.
        • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
        • Travel may be required.
