As a shift leader, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager will all the day to day operations required to open and close the restaurant. Daily tasks include working on the line in various positions to assist your fellow crew members, delegating daily tasks to crew members, counting cash, opening or closing the restaurant, and more. You may also be assisting with some administrative tasks, such as team meetings, scheduling, inventory counts, and ordering inventory. Lastly, we may be participating in community events from time to time.
High school Diploma or equivalent is required.
Some college is preferred, but not a requirement.
Management experience is preferred, but not a requirement.
Restaurant Experience is preferred, but not required.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be available to work weekends
