· Bachelor’s degree, marketing preferred
· 3-5 years Agency, Marketing or related company; preferably in a client-service organization
· 1-3 years of client management experience with primary accountability for peer-level client relationships (preferably at the director+ level)
· Experienced multiple full project lifecycles from business development to final delivery
· Ability to juggle between projects and manage deadlines with minimal supervision
· Ability to identify and manage project issues
· Tactfully communicate difficult/sensitive information
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where collaboration is necessary and accountability is expected
· Strong attention to detail
· Ensure key project-wide roles and responsibilities are defined
· Ensure the use of best practices and applies lessons learned from previous projects
· Help create a positive, collaborative work environment for the team
· Ability to work with third-party partners and/or vendors, building relationships and negotiating bids
