Sodexo is currently seeking a Manager of Environmental/Custodial Services to manage the 2 nd shift Custodial Operations for a 150 bed acute care facility in western North Carolina.
This position will function as a traditional Environmental Services Manager with an emphasis in leading 15 frontline employees. The ideal candidate will have management experience in Environmental Services, Housekeeping and/or Custodial Services, excellent customer service skills, strong floor care knowledge and a passion for training entry level employees.
Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, QA training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to GM or Ops Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
