We recently centralized our billing process and are in the beginning stages of stabilizing the process. This position would entitle reviewing the current processes and helping to streamline them. Working with our project team in creating requirements, attending meetings, and learning the function of project management.
-Data collection & analysis
-Attending meetings, note taking, & assist in project planning
-Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
-Student must be pursuing Bachelor’s degree (list acceptable areas of concentration such as HR, Accounting, and Business etc.)
-GPA of 3.0 or higher is required
-Student should be entering Junior or Senior year
-Completion of some core curriculum classes is preferred.
-Software – Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook.
-Preferred project experience
-Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required
