Based at our Home Office in Greenwood Village, you will be the initial point of contact for employee relations issues. You will determine appropriate resolutions or escalations based on the issue(s). Additionally, you will conduct investigations as appropriate, assist Field Operations and Regional Human Resource Directors on a daily basis, serve as an advocate and consultant on HR related issues including employee relations and performance management along with acting as a consultant and adviser to all employees.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desired.
PHR preferred.
Restaurant or multi-unit retail experience preferred.
2-4 years of multi-state employee relations or HR generalist experience.
Knowledge and ability to assure compliance with regulations in the following areas: employment law, Fair Labor Standards Act, Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action.
Experience with EthicsPoint.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Adobe is required.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, efficiently and on time with a sense of urgency.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
