We are looking for a Customer Service professional with call center experience for our client in St. Clair Shores. Successful candidate will answer incoming calls from customers to answer inquiries,questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide information. Must have sales experience with a direct focus on retention.
Answer phones professionally
respond to customer inquiries
handle and resolve customer complaints
provide customers withproduct and service information
identify and escalate priority issues
meet required retention goals
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices with 6 months or more experience in a call center environment. Good keyboard/data entry skills and proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
Must have good verbal and communication skills, listening skills, and problemsolving skills.
