In this role you will be responsible for designing and developing both standard scheduled and ad- hoc reports to show value through data. Generally all reporting will be HR focused to show headcount, attrition, compensation historical trends as well as forecasting various milestones.
Must be able to confidently communicate at all levels of staff and clients.
Must have advance Excel skills and be well versed with creating pivot tables, various formulas, V lookups and ideally developing macros as well as SQL .
This is a fast paced environment that requires strong expectations setting and stakeholder management.
Strong experience working with various HRIS and HR Data.
