Elevator and Packaging Supervisor

for the

Sheboygan, WI


Position Overview:
Responsible for operations in elevator, rail yard, loadout, receiving and warehouse areas. Directly supervising the operators in the bagging and elevator operations for safety, quality and efficiency. This role is responsible for developing and executing on detailed work plans for both operational areas.

Principal Accountabilities:
25% Shipping/packing schedule of bulk and bagged malt.

25% Area and personnel management.

25% Inventory transfers, blends, customer shipment quality.

15% Inbound requests and scheduling.

10% Procedural and F&EHS training/documentation.


Bachelor's degree (Engineering, or related field) and/or 4+ yrs of work experience in an equivalent role

Previous experience as supervisor and managing an operations process

Previous experience with grain handling equipment or relavant industrial setting

Understanding of requirements to maintain food safety and employee safety (ie. OSHA, USDA, FDA, HACCP, ETC.)

Proven record on people management

Proven problem solving, decision making, and organizational skills

Working knowledge of MS Office programs

Experience with mechanical equipment

Experience in a food processing or packaging operation

Experience in bulk loading, unloading and rail operations

Mechanical aptitude with grain handling equipment
