Junction Solutions is a rapidly growing verticalspecific extended ERP and eCommerce solutions company that is revolutionizing the way Food Beverage and Retail organizations manage their entire value chain From customer service order entry sales and merchandising through the entire supply chain into the manufacturing plant and warehouse out to the loading dock and yard and across all retail channels including the web catalogues retail stores kiosks mobile devices and more Junctions Solutions provides microvertical industry expertise software applications support and consulting services that improve efficiencies ensure compliance streamline operations and help our clients grow We continue to experience positive growth and are actively looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to join us as Training Specialist in our Englewood CO office The Training Specialist develops and conducts customized professional technical and functional training programs This includes comprehensive curriculum from introductory through advanced levels of technical instruction for Microsoft Dynamics AX and other related software products The Training Specialist conducts InstructorLedTraining webinar presentations or other types of training to customers or employees All types of training must be delivered in a professional manner according to established training standards and procedures Training Development Skills Confer with the Training Manager or other management as assigned to determine objectives and curriculum Prior experience or working knowledge of how to write software application training programs including course syllabus and agendas participant guides user guides exercises including scenarios and solutions handouts power point presentations tests surveys for satisfaction Ability to determine appropriate instructional methods Select or develop appropriate teaching aids such as handbooks demonstration models visual aids and tutorials Strong organizational skills are required Training Delivery Skills Conduct technical training sessions covering the use and development of Microsoft Dynamics AX SQL Server Reporting Services SQL Server Analysis Services and others Instruct a class following the course syllabus and agenda Effectively uses handouts Deliver power point presentations Effectively manage a class of 6 or more students including exercises Effectively use any other training aides Required qualifications 3+ years of experience as a technical trainer Programming experience in C C C++ or Java or other object oriented language Degree in Computer Sciences Computer Technology Software Applications Business or a related field or equivalent experience Demonstrated experience with ERP applications Must be able to perform and convey beginning to complex level software applications instruction Must willing to travel up to 75 within the US and Canada Must be able to be cross trained in all instructional sessions offered by the Training Department Working knowledge of effective instructional methods equipment and materials Ability to research comprehend and apply new training methodologies and information about the software we sell and train on Additional qualifications Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or other ERP applications is a plus Prior experience with SSRS andor SSAS is a plus Location Englewood CO This is a fulltime salaried position with very competitive base salary large commission potential and full company benefits They offer a comprehensive benefits package including health dental vision care life insurance shortterm disability longterm disability pretax flexible spending accounts and 401K plan At Junction Solutions our product is our people Youll be part of a team of smart engaging clientcentric professionals who understand that our success depends on the measurable success of those we serve Youll find an opportunity to balance personal life with professional growth in an environment that rewards creative problem solving We believe that great people all focused on a shared and powerful vision can achieve tremendous results Theres a real sense of empowerment when you know your contribution really matters
