Position Summary: This is a Customer Support Center position that performs all Associate Computer Technician – Tasks including taking calls from clients, documenting calls in call tracking system, basic problem solving and identifying possible solutions, implementing solutions, making 2nd level visits, communicating with customer the status/resolution of problems, deployment/installation of any new computer equipment, upgrade and rebuild of existing desktop computer equipment, consulting on desktop hardware/software issues and relocation of computer equipment as assigned . This position does take on-call rotation for one week every two to three months.

Education: Associates degree in Computer Science or related field or two years experience in desktop computer support is required.

Experience: One year experience in PC hardware and software support/maintenance in a network environment is required. Previous call center or customer service experience is desirable.
