Works under the supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer.

Responsible for orientation, training and continuing education programs for the Blue MountainHealth System. Serves as clinical resource for patient care departments. Ability to multi-task; computer skills with proficiency in word, power point & excel. Experience teaching large and small groups.

Minimum 3 years of RN experience.

Qualifications:
1. Education: BSN required, MSN preferred.

2. Licensure: Current,valid Pennsylvania RN license ACLS provider.

3. Experience: Minimum 3 years recent hospital nursing in relevant area, 1 year of nursing education preferred, BLS instructor certification preferred, certification in specialty area preferred.

4. Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills to work with nursing staff, directors, physicians, hospital staff and the public.
