In this position, you will be responsible for:
Developing and maintaining profitable business banking relationships.
Portfolio sizes that may vary in terms of complexity of credits and number of accounts.
Analyzing composition of portfolios to determine if retention and expansion of existing client relationships is the primary focus versus acquisition of new business.
Identifying needs, recommending products (including cross sales) and negotiating loan terms.
Coordinating approval of loans through the Business Loan Center.
Partnering with banking office staff and Business Development Leaders to promote business banking sales.
Monitoring maturing loans and upcoming renewals.
Adhering to pricing discipline and credit quality standards. Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent of 3 years' Business Banking sales.
1-3 years' experience selling business banking products to small business clients required.
Commercial credit training or experience and prior lending experience required.
Previous business loan portfolio management experience required.

Must have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor.
General knowledge of business deposit products preferred.
