Apply a value-based sales methodology to achieve goals including: building accounts plans and strategies, conducting presentations, creating senior level relationships within new prospect accounts.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual quotas for sales of online service predominantly through cold calling and building new relationships.
Develop and manage relationships with new and current accounts to increase volume and retention.
Previous digital sales and/or job board experience mandatory--finance industry understanding or finance recruiting a big plus.
Position Requirements
5+ years experience.
Understanding of the human capital and on-line recruitment space.
Excellent phone skills and comfortable making cold-calls.
Ability to cultivate new business.
Career domain knowledge.
Organized, detail-oriented and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
