Facebook is seeking an Account Manager to work with leading national brands in Vertical. Ideal candidates will have experience in supporting cross-networking online marketing solutions and a proven ability to build senior level client and customer relationships. Candidates must have an intrinsic curiosity for product and technology and work cross functionally across Facebook Engineering, Product, and Sales teams. Account Managers serve as the face of the product and platform to the advertiser communicating known issues and evaluating and improving education. This role is located in our Seattle office.
  • Principal liaison between the client, agencies and Facebook’s internal teams
  • Support Client Partners throughout the sales process actively participating on client meetings, navigating and influencing agency and clients, and complimenting client objectives with the suite of corresponding Facebook products
  • Responsible for working with the ad operations team to manage the entire media process at Facebook from RFP’s to delivering campaign insights and reporting
  • Activate and project manage social technology programs to fuel revenue for Facebook including but not limited to: Facebook Pages, Platform, Open Graph, Credits, Mobile, etc.
  • Manage the ideation, creative process, execution and reporting of all social technologies for clients at Facebook
  • Drive and determine client social technology strategy through a thorough understanding of the industry landscape
  • 4+ years of media sales and support experience - agency, online advertising and marketing experience preferred Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and comfortable in engaging communication on any level and be able to clearly articulate design decisions
  • Understand components of selling opportunities and being able to articulate on a client level
  • Passionate about ensuring world-class customer service and delighting clients
  • Strong sense of team building
  • The ability to apply technical concepts to client strategy and vice versa
  • Strong portfolio featuring examples of interactive projects
  • Technical and media project management experience in client-facing role
  • General understanding of front-end programming process
  • Ability to understand data and use that data to “tell a story” to a client
  • Understand brand strategy and be able to articulate the Facebook positioning within that strategy
  • Ability to build relationships and partner with 3rd party developers working closely with them to execute on programs
