Manager – Electronic Health Record Program Management Office
In this crucial role, you will manage the overall operations of our Electronic Health Record (EHR) Program Management Office (PMO). This involves developing program plans, tracking workflow issues, and advising program leaders and business executives on resources needed to expedite workflow and achieve program objectives. To qualify, you must have a 4-year college degree (or equivalent experience) and significant experience supporting the deployment of the ambulatory and inpatient components of an electronic medical/health record suite for a large, multi-hospital, multi-clinic system. (Ideally, this experience will be for an academic medical center.) Additional requirements include 7 or more years of experience in both management and project management, an expert understanding of software development and infrastructure project lifecycles, and strong technical writing skills.
