The Department of Surgery, Division of Urology of Virginia Commonwealth University is recruiting for a qualified, experienced pediatric urologist.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing patient care to support pediatric urology surgical services through a community based medical center. The candidate will be responsible for the further growth and development of the VCU section of pediatric urology and will be instrumental in the future of the Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU.

The candidate will have demonstrated excellence in leadership positions within the pediatric urology field and will be instrumental in the continued growth and leadership of the VCU section of pediatric urology.

Demonstrated experience working in and fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment or commitment to do so as a faculty member at VCU is required. This position is a mid to senior level, Associate Professor or higher, non-tenure eligible position on the collateral track. Salary is commensurate with experience.
