A deep and growing Christian spiritual commitment is required to fully function in this position. Specific Tasks 1.Planninga.Big picture technical planningb.Create standard operating procedures for all positionsc.Ensure services and events are staffed by production volunteers and staffd.Ensure everyone has a clear understanding of their role during a servicee.Plan technical needs for other ministrys events as neededf.Provide program direction for services and other eventsg.Plan for equipment upgrades and systems expansionsh.Plan and design stage sets2.Managementa.Allocate production resources (budget and equipment) among multiple ministriesb.Ensure all equipment campus wide is functioning properlyc.Ensure replacement, repair, and upgrades of gear that is in need of service or not functioning properlyd.Vendor management3.Leadershipa.Meet as needed to discuss events, workloads, and personal life with staff and volunteersb.Shepherd, disciple, and encourage volunteers and staffc.Recruit, train, and equip production volunteers4.Other tasks as assigned Required Skills 1.Strong volunteer and staff leadership skills2.Highly effective communication skills with staff and volunteers3.Ability to operate and maintain multiple versions of audio systemsa.Yamaha PM5Db.Yamaha LS94.Ability to operate and maintain multiple video switching systems and associated equipmenta.Tricaster Broadcastb.Ikegami Cameras and CCUs5.Ability to edit and export audio and video for various medias and live productionsa.Adobe CS5 Premiere Prob.Adobe CS5 Audition6.Ability to operate and maintain multiple lighting systems and associated equipmenta.Jands VISTAb.Other traditional lighting boards7.Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays Experience 1.Ten years of work-related experience operating audio, lighting and video systems2.Five years of work-related experience in a church3.Five years of volunteer and staff experience Organizational Relationship This position will report to the Worship Pastor and will interact with staff and volunteers.

Working Conditions This position is a full time (45+ hours/week) and exempt that will be required on nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
