JOB DESCRIPTION:
Structures Engineer will support the UPS fleets of A300, B747, B757, B767, and MD11 cargo aircraft. The position requires skills and experience in project development and management as well as structural repair design and approval. Project activity includes AD and other regulatory compliance, aircraft configuration definition and control, aging fleet programs (CPCP, AASFR, SSID, etc.), and reliability and cost savings initiatives related to aircraft structures and interiors. Repair activity includes analysis, oversight, and approval of structural repairs on the airframe and structural components by third party maintenance providers. Must be proficient in technical analysis, have a working knowledge of aircraft certification requirements, have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and be comfortable working with other departments and outside organizations.
Ideal candidate will possess the following:
CAD experience
Mechanical background with aptitude for hands-on projects

Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering.
Minimum of five (5) years experience in A/C Structures Engineering.
OTHER CRITERIA:
