Summary of Role
Provide a great movie going experience to every customer.
Responsible for daily theater operations.
Driving concession revenue
Expense Management
Staff selection
Care of our customers, training and development of our staff and management teams.
Marketing and Promotions
Strategic Planning and goal setting.
Results management.
Facilities management.
Maintaining and raising our company standards
Accountability through proper inventory controls, cash controls, and customer issue resolution.
Perform other duties as assigned or that you create based on your observations.
Community involvement
Ability to create excitement and interest for special events (Concert movies, sporting events, and other specialized 3-D content.

Requirements
Availability to work all shifts (Nights, weekends, and holidays)
Strong verbal communication skills (Ability to give and take feedback)
High level of integrity
General knowledge of movies
General knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Ability to relocate in order to for advancement (relocation expenses covered)
Must be patient and have the ability to train others.
Team building capability
Must be able to work with a variety of personalities and a majority teenage staff.
Minimum of one year of successful management experience in a customer service industry, hospitality industry, or restaurant.
Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.
High School Diploma or GED (college or equivalent work experience preferred)
