Acquisition Manager position for MiDAESS DA-01 task order: Candidate must possess strong communication skills (written and verbal) and have demonstrated the ability to generate acquisition documentation (staff packages), and to prepare briefings for presentation at senior management levels. Responsibilities include coordination with budget, technical, engineering, and sustainment communities to translate functional requirements into acquisition and programmatic documents (for example: Acquisition Strategy, Single Acquisition Management Plan, Business Case Analysis, Statements of Work, Cost Analysis Requirements Document, and similar program documents), and participation in technical evaluations of contractor proposals.

Requirements:

*Minimum of 5 years of experience in Acquisition Management in DoD project office environment
*Bachelors Degree (or higher) in appropriate discipline from an accredited university
*Demonstrated ability to accomplish assigned duties with a minimum of supervision in a dynamic acquisition office environment
*Active SECRET security clearance.
*PREFERRED: Experience working in the Missile Defense Agency and familiarity with DoD administrative and budgetary procedures.
