Manage a team of Business Bankers and support management’s strategic initiative to become a more “commercial like” institution by developing new business liabilities and assets.
•Achieve target goals for Business Banking Team
•Provide leadership and coaching to team members
•Conduct monthly incentive plan reviews with team members
•Develop and implement marketing strategy to gain new business from customers and prospects.
•Actively manage sales pipeline to ensure financial targets are achieved.
•Develop COI’s to generate leads.
•Screen credit requests sourced by team members
•Develop credit and sales skills of team members.
•Participate and execute on project assignments
•Conduct joint calls with team members and management
•4 yr. business degree in accounting, finance, economics or marketing preferred.
•Minimum of 10 yrs. proven and progressive business banking experience.
•Formal bank credit training or equivalent experience
•Successful and proven track record in managing a sales team
