Responsibilities:
Provides Software Development Management and Program Management services for the Enterprise Service Division.

Qualifications:
Requires Top Secret/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph
Professional experiences and training commensurate with technology curriculums typically associated with a Master’s degree or equivalent, at least 50% of this experience in programs with relevance to SIGINT, CS or IT
12 years experience in technical program management and/or as a system development team lead. At least 50% of this experience shall be in programs with relevance to SIGINT, Communications Systems, and IT
10 years experience as a systems/software engineer in programs encompassing systems architecture, requirements analysis, design, production, integration, test and transition into operations
5 years systems/software engineering experience obtained in an Intelligence Community environment
Candidate must be able to work independently with senior level government leads
Candidate must have a background in SW development (JAVA, PHP, web services and SQL)
Candidate must have experience with malware (coding tools, analytics and/or detection)
Candidate must have a background managing tasks between 5-7 contractors utilizing SCRUM and Agile methodologies
Candidate must have a background developing a standard set of project documentation
Candidate must have experience working across organizations and leading data collection activities

Preferred Skills:
Background with the TRAC tool including the Agilo plug-in is a plus
